印度食物,比如咖喱
地中海食物,比如谷物、鱼、橄榄油
理由:黏糊糊的,非高温炒;纯净单一
最近两年经常炒菜,每当看到炒菜飘起来的油烟,就心生厌恶,这实在太不健康了,不过我一般只加油盐,不加其他的酱醋等佐料,听说那些里面含有添加剂,高温炒后会变成什么,每每这时候我就想起了日式纳豆那种食物,但更欣赏的是印度常食咖喱,我认为很多人对印度食物有误解,虽然他们的环境不够卫生,地中海食物也确实被科学推荐,但我感觉不如咖喱美味

In the past two years, I have been stir frying frequently. Whenever I see the smoke rising from the stir fry, I feel disgusted. This is really unhealthy. However, I usually only add salt and do not add other seasonings such as soy sauce and vinegar. I heard that those foods contain additives and what will turn into when stir fried at high temperatures. Every now and then, I think of Japanese natto food, but I appreciate Indian curry more. I think many people have misunderstandings about Indian food. Although their environment is not hygienic enough and Mediterranean food is indeed scientifically recommended, I feel that it is not as delicious as curry
